Campus Head/Principal for Primary School

Our school is seeking a dynamic and experienced Campus Head with a minimum of 3 years in a similar leadership role at a reputable institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the design and implementation of the school’s curriculum.
• Managing the admissions process and effectively communicating with parents.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including resolving any arising issues.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, teachers, and coordinators to foster a positive and supportive school environment.
• Monitoring student well-being, organizing events, conducting meetings, overseeing assessments, and ensuring the school year runs seamlessly.
• Committed to upholding the school’s ethos and values in all aspects.

Requirements:

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a recognized university. A Master’s degree and/or international experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a School Head at a reputable institution and a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
• Strong people management abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situationroads.

Location: Near Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday, 7:45 AM - 1:30 PM.
Two working Saturdays per month.

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
