JOB SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences This individual will assist the General Manager and other members of the department. The Host should have a passion for customer experience and hospitality.
ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
COMPETENCY/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Basic understanding of culinary and beverage terms
Working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and what is unavailable for the day
Professional proficiency of the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication
Strong ability to adapt to changes and unexpected events
Ability to maintain a professional and calm demeanor
