Job Title: Campus Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and oversee maintenance schedules to ensure smooth functioning of campus facilities.

· Supervise maintenance staff (technicians, electricians, plumbers, housekeeping).

· Conduct routine inspections to address repair needs, safety issues, and cleanliness.

· Coordinate with vendors/contractors for maintenance related works.

· Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment, and service contracts.

· Train and guide staff on maintenance related works and proper equipment use.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, with experience in facility maintenance.

· Proven ability in managing campus/institutional facilities and maintenance teams.
