Campus Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Campus Manager to manage daily operations, student services, admissions, and team performance at our Dubai campus. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, operational, and student management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall campus operations and administration
• Oversee admissions, counselling, and student services
• Lead and manage academic & non-academic staff
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the campus
• Achieve admission and revenue targets
• Maintain high standards of student experience and service quality
• Plan and execute student activities, events, and orientations
• Monitor performance, reports, and KPIs
• Coordinate with head office management
• Ensure compliance with institute policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Education, or related field
• 4+ years experience in education/training institute management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in handling admissions, operations, and teams
• Target-driven and performance-focused
• Experience in GCC/UAE education sector is a plus
