Position: Campus Recruiter
Schedule: Hybrid set-up: 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home
We are looking for someone passionate about senior living with a background in recruiting that can help cultivate relationships in the Fox Valley Region. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Agency recruiter or a staffing coordinator for a Skilled nursing facility or Homecare. The Campus Recruiter will be sales-oriented, high energy, and optimistic, with the ability to connect with all types of people and find ideal candidates to move the organization's culture.
Responsibilities:

Source and screen applicants for open positions within a region, ensuring that candidates meet the needs of the center for both qualifications and culture
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles within the organization
- Serve as a recruiting ambassador for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Participate and strategize with retention committees to generate new ideas on ways to retain current employees
- Coordinate and cultivate relationships with trade schools, local businesses, technical schools, High schools, community colleges, vocational schools etc
- Use various recruitment techniques, bringing new ideas to the table consistently to stay ahead of recruitment trends within the industry
- Generate a diverse candidate population using various methods, including job boards, membership organizations, and personal networking
- Build and maintain solid relationships with contacts at target schools, programs, etc.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the Company and position, reinforcing the values and culture of assigned facilities.
- Proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to ensure future talent needs are met
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, networking groups, social media, referrals, and advertising
- Assist with managing and growing our employment brand and recruiting presence across social media channels
- Attend local job fairs and state conferences representing Eden Senior Care

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience recruiting for skilled trades technical talent from trade schools, technical skills, community colleges, vocational high schools, etc.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with both candidate recruitment and business development side of the recruiting desk
- Desire to constantly interact/communicate with various personalities, maintaining solid working relationships with skilled trade workers, business unit hiring managers, clients, and target school contacts
- Strong MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Technology savvy including social media and career websites
- Experience with Workday recruitment management tools and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential
