Campus Team Manager — Snow Scholars (As Seen on Shark Tank)

About Us Snow Scholars is a student-powered snow shoveling company featured on ABC's Shark Tank and backed by entrepreneur Mark Cuban. We hire college students to run real businesses on their campuses, gaining hands-on leadership, marketing, and operations experience that sets them apart in any career.

The Role As a Campus Teams Manager, you'll build and manage snow removal operations in which we operate.

Responsibilities

• Recruit 50–75 student shovelers by engaging campus organizations, clubs, and social media
• Build a customer base of 125+ homeowners through team-driven marketing campaigns
• Manage student shovelers and independent contractors across your campus
• Track shoveler and customer performance using our custom software platform
• Attend weekly 20-minute check-in meetings with your supervisor
• Coordinate storm readiness, confirm shoveler coverage, dispatch your team, and report snow accumulation in real time
• Conduct marketing initiatives
• Hold team members accountable and take corrective action when performance standards aren't met
• Identify and solve operational bottlenecks to improve response times and customer satisfaction

Compensation

• $25-30 per hour
• Bonus incentives

Schedule

• August 15 – April 15
• 5-40 hrs per week

• Management experience preferred
