The Role

As a Laser Hair Removal Technician, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective treatments using the industry-leading 'gold standard' Candela GentleMax Pro, while guiding clients through their journey. You’ll play a key role in client retention, package sales, and overall clinic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations, assess suitability, set expectations, and create personalised treatment plans.
• Clinical Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain all client consultation forms, consent forms, treatment notes, and laser treatment records in line with regulatory and company standards.
• Laser Treatments: Perform laser hair removal treatments with precision, professionalism, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Client Education: Confidently educate clients on treatment benefits, pre- and post-care, and long-term results.
• Sales & Packages: Promote and sell laser packages and additional services. You’ll be rewarded for strong performance through commission incentives.
• Client Experience: Deliver a high-touch, professional experience that builds trust, loyalty, and repeat visits.
• Clinic Standards: Maintain a clean, organised treatment room and uphold all health, safety, and compliance standards.

• Well-presented and polished at all times, reflecting the high standards of the Edn Skin & Spa brand
• Confident communicator with strong consultation, client education, and sales skills
• Results-driven, comfortable working toward individual and team performance targets
• Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of accurate treatment records, compliance, and clinical documentation
• Dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as required
