Job Summary
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales within our Wholesale environment. Your expertise will shine through as you engage with Dispensaries in entire state of Oklahoma, provide insightful product demonstrations, and lead your team to success. With your strong communication skills and retail knowledge, you will ensure that every customer leaves satisfied and informed.

What you’ll do

• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits, driving interest and sales.
• Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and appeal.
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.
• Uphold phone etiquette standards while handling customer inquiries over the phone.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales with a strong focus on customer service.
• Comfortable using POS systems and performing cash handling duties.
• Basic math skills for accurate transactions and inventory management.

Preferred qualifications

• Supervising experience in a retail or similar environment.
• Bilingual abilities to cater to a diverse customer base.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations and retail math principles.
