Position Overview:

Plant Monitoring & Disease Detection:
Regularly inspect plants for signs of pests, diseases, or abnormalities. Document findings accurately and report any issues to the cultivation supervisor.

Personal Protective Equipment & Clean Room Protocols:
Wear appropriate attire, including scrubs and gloves, to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination. Follow all clean room and GMP standards.

Surface and Equipment Cleaning
Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, and equipment in the cultivation area daily. Break down trays and containers, ensuring thorough cleaning and proper storage.

Machine Operation & SOP Compliance:
Learn and operate cultivation equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Participate in training courses to develop operational skills.

Data Entry & Record Keeping:

Must have Metrc Experience
Execute daily task logs, record data accurately related to plant health, cleaning, and operations. Ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.

Safety & Compliance:
Adhere strictly to safety protocols outlined by OSHA, GMP, and company policies. Report any safety hazards or violations immediately.

Support Routine & Special Projects:**
Assist cultivation staff with daily tasks, plant care, and special projects as needed to support overall cultivation goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent suggested, relevant coursework or interest in horticulture, biology, or related fields preferred.
Ability to learn and follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Prior experience in horticulture, agriculture, or GMP/OSHA environments is a plus but not required. MUST HAVE METRC EXPERIENCE

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.

Ability to see the plants for inspection
Willingness to wear PPE
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Hand dexterity
