Cannabis Delivery Driver

Position Overview

Clone Goddess Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Cannabis Delivery Driver / Post-Harvest Assistant to join our team immediately. This role is responsible for transporting cannabis products safely and compliantly to licensed retailers and distribution partners, while also assisting the post-harvest team with packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished goods.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both a logistics and production environment. Prior cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Logistics

• Safely transport cannabis products between licensed facilities, distributors, and retail partners
• Maintain compliance with all California cannabis transportation regulations
• Ensure secure handling and documentation of all products during transport
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and manifests
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicle
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams regarding delivery schedules

Post-Harvest Support

• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparation of cannabis products
• Help with flower handling, trimming touch-ups, sorting, and weighing when needed
• Assist with preparing product for distribution and retail orders
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces in post-harvest areas
• Follow company SOPs for product handling, quality control, and compliance

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid California Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check if required for cannabis work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow strict compliance and security procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cannabis cultivation, post-harvest, packaging, or distribution
• Familiarity with METRC or cannabis compliance procedures
• Experience working in fast-paced warehouse or production environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
