Cannabis Delivery Driver

Position Summary

• We are seeking a professional and dependable Distribution Driver to join our cannabis logistics team. This role ensures that all cannabis products are transported safely, compliantly, and efficiently between licensed facilities, retailers, and vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, punctual, and understands the importance of state regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport cannabis products between licensed manufacturing, distribution, and retail locations.
• Verify all manifests and shipping documentation for accuracy prior to departure and upon delivery.
• Maintain strict adherence to California Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC/DFPI) transportation regulations.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after each route; ensure vehicles remain clean and compliant.
• Maintain chain of custody and prevent unauthorized access to products at all times.
• Communicate with dispatch, warehouse, and inventory control teams to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Handle cash or invoices when applicable, following company SOPs.
• Represent the brand professionally during all customer and vendor interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Minimum 1–2 years of delivery or route-driving experience (cannabis, beverage, or CPG preferred).
• Must pass background screening and meet all California cannabis compliance requirements.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and manage physical warehouse loading/unloading as needed.
• Excellent communication, reliability, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with cannabis packaging, labeling, and inventory verification procedures is a plus.

Schedule

• Full-time | Monday – Friday | Occasional weekend routes may be required

- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records

Experience ( prefer ):

- Familiarity with using a forklift and warehouse equipment

- Ability to drive various vehicles, including vans, refrigerated trailers, and vehicles with manual transmissions

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues

- Strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and routes efficiently

- Ability to load and unload merchandise safely

Required :

- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
