Duties

• Assist in planting, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting cannabis plants with precision and care
• Monitor plant health daily, identifying pests, diseases, or deficiencies early to implement effective solutions
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal water delivery tailored to plant needs
• equipment safely for tasks such as trimming, staking, or adjusting environmental controls
• Record detailed data on plant growth stages, environmental conditions, and treatment applications for tracking progress
• Support soil preparation, fertilization schedules, and pest management strategies to promote vigorous growth

Skills

• Proven experience in growing plants, with specific knowledge of horticulture or farming practices
• Strong understanding of irrigation systems and water management principles
• Mechanical knowledge related to gardening tools and basic farm equipment operation
• Ability to identify different plant species, pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies
• Basic math skills for measuring inputs like fertilizers or adjusting environmental controls
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing long hours and performing manual tasks with hand tools
• Knowledge of landscaping or lawn care is a plus for maintaining
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to plant care and safety standards
