Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, informative lessons on cannabis cultivation techniques tailored for home growers of all experience levels
• Provide step-by-step guidance on seed selection, planting, nutrient management, lighting, watering, pest control, and harvesting
• Educate students on legal regulations and safety protocols associated with home cultivation in their jurisdiction
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, visual aids, and online resources to enhance learning outcomes
• Assess individual student needs and offer personalized advice to troubleshoot common growing challenges
• Promote responsible use and storage of cannabis products following legal guidelines
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, hands-on practice, and ongoing education

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of cannabis cultivation practices with hands-on experience preferred
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey complex concepts in an accessible manner
• Ability to create engaging educational content suited for diverse audiences
• Experience working in an educational or instructional setting is highly desirable
• Familiarity with legal regulations surrounding home cultivation in various regions
• University experience is a plus, demonstrating academic background or teaching credentials in relevant fields such as horticulture or botany
