Cannabis Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Primary Task: Grind, sift, and pack cannabis trim into extraction socks for production runs.
• Prepare and stage materials (trim, media, jars, tools) for daily operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
• Wash, sanitize, and set up lab tools, jars, and equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize lab areas at the end of each shift.
• Monitor and replenish supplies as needed.
• Assist with lab processes and support senior staff as directed.
• Document all work according to METRC/DCC compliance standards.
• Properly dispose of cannabis waste, media, and other lab materials.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, cultivation, or cannabis industry experience preferred (but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Physically able to lift and move trim, media, and equipment as needed.
• Comfortable with repetitive manual tasks such as grinding and packing.
• Must not have allergies or sensitivities to cannabis plant material.
• Ok with hands-on, dusty, and dirty work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
