Responsibilities
- Primary Task: Grind, sift, and pack cannabis trim into extraction socks for production runs.
- Prepare and stage materials (trim, media, jars, tools) for daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
- Wash, sanitize, and set up lab tools, jars, and equipment.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize lab areas at the end of each shift.
- Monitor and replenish supplies as needed.
- Assist with lab processes and support senior staff as directed.
- Document all work according to METRC/DCC compliance standards.
- Properly dispose of cannabis waste, media, and other lab materials.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, cultivation, or cannabis industry experience preferred (but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
- Physically able to lift and move trim, media, and equipment as needed.
- Comfortable with repetitive manual tasks such as grinding and packing.
- Must not have allergies or sensitivities to cannabis plant material.
- Ok with hands-on, dusty, and dirty work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID.
