Bleezies is a woman-owned dispensary and Colorado Springs’ largest luxury cannabis retailer. We are expanding into in-house manufacturing with the launch of a non-hazardous MIP inside our 6,000 sq ft licensed facility.We are building a focused, high-quality product line with an emphasis on cartridges, pre-rolls, and solventless products. Position SummaryThis is a hands-on technical role supporting the launch of a new manufacturing lab.You will work directly with ownership to assist in product development and production—specifically focused on cartridge formulation, oil handling, and production execution.Ownership leads all SOP development and operational structure. This role is responsible for bringing prior lab experience into execution, testing, and refinement.What You’ll Do

• Assist in launching a non-hazardous MIP inside an active dispensary
• Support development and production of:
• Vape cartridges (distillate + terpene formulation)
• Pre-rolls (standard + infused)
• Execute test batches and production runs
• Assist with:
• Terpene blending
• Oil preparation and viscosity adjustments
• Hardware compatibility testing (ceramic carts, airflow, burn performance)
• Operate:
• Cartridge filling machines
• Heat press equipment
• Pre-roll production equipment
• Follow and help implement ownership-developed SOPs
• Support METRC tracking and compliant production workflows
• Maintain clean, controlled, and organized work environment

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 3-5 years Hands-on experience in a licensed cannabis MIP lab
• Direct experience with:
• Filling distillate cartridges
• Handling cannabis oil and terpene blends
• Strong understanding of:
• Oil viscosity and flow
• Hardware performance (clogging, burn, airflow)
• Ability to execute consistently within defined systems

Preferred

• Experience working with multiple cartridge hardware types
• Experience with infused pre-rolls
• Exposure to solventless (rosin) processes

What Matters

• You have real cartridge production experience
• You understand how formulation affects hardware performance
• You can execute test batches and translate results into consistent output
• You are comfortable working under established direction and structure
