Pay: $17-19/hr DOE

What You’ll Do:

• Operate the Knock Box & Folding machine: Help ensure smooth production by running the knock box during the process along with folding product.

• Load Cones: Assist in preparing and loading cones for the production line

• Quality Check Joints: Be vigilant in ensuring each product meets our high standards.

• Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain quality control.

What We’re Looking For:

• Great Communication Skills: Clear and efficient communication is key to keeping everything running smoothly.

• Team Player: You'll be working alongside a small, tight-knit team—so being collaborative is a must!

• Productivity & Organization: You’ll be expected to stay organized, keep your workspace clean, and maintain productivity throughout your shift. Quota must be be hit daily

• Physical Stamina: You must be able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day without issue.
