We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Cannabis Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:

This role involves generating new business, managing existing accounts, and representing the company’s products and services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cannabis industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

- Dropping By Retail Dispensaries

- Maintaining Relationships with Dispensaries

- Occasional Pop Ups and Events

- Meet Certain Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the cannabis industry or a related field. Prior experience with B2B sales is highly desirable. Prior relationships with Dispensaries is highly desirable.

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the cannabis market, products, and regulations in New Mexico.

- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

- License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Work Environment:

This position involves regular travel within New Mexico and may require occasional overnight stays. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Opportunity for growth into management and the ability to oversee significant territory in New Mexico.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
