Are you an experienced Sales Representative or Territory Manager with a passion for the cannabis industry? Sublime Solutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team and sell a range of high-quality cannabis products in the regulated adult-use market.
As our Sales Representative/Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory of 100+ OLCC licensed dispensaries, building and maintaining relationships with new and existing accounts, and promoting and selling our Flagship Cannabis Brand, National Cannabis Co. Sublime Solutions, LLC is a OLCC Licensed distributor and there are additonal offerings including other consumer packaged cannabis products, cannabis adjacent goods and bulk flower offerings..
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales and account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the cannabis industry is preferred but not required. You will be expected to call on new accounts, close deals, and make deliveries, while consistently exceeding sales targets and building a strong customer base.

Job Summary: The Sales Representative/Territory manager is a full-time position at Sublime Solutions, LLC that focuses on outside sales. The primary responsibility of the Sales Representative is to generate sales through prospecting (cold calling via phone, email or in person), closing sales and securing orders and re-occurring orders or contracts for the sale of Sublime's suite of cannabis products (National Cannabis Co., Rokin Batteries and Hatshe Plus) as well as third-party distributed cannabis products.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering these sales orders and collecting payment for them. The Sales Representative is expected to work predominantly in the field, spending at least 70% of their working time away from Sublime's place of business to perform duties related to the execution of sales.
Role and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include identifying and pursuing new accounts and business opportunities both within the assigned territory and among current accounts.
Establishing a visible presence within the territory is a critical aspect of this role, which involves active participation in local industry events to generate leads, expand the professional network, and foster relationships.
Fulfilling orders, arranging for their delivery, and collecting payment from customers are also part of the job duties.
Attendance at all sales meetings and related functions is expected, along with the regular cultivation of new customer contacts and follow-up on leads.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product categories is essential to building rapport with customers and increasing the company's value proposition.

What you need to be most successful:
Minimum H.S Diploma, 2 or 4 year higher education preferred
3-5 years sales Experience
Sales experience in the cannabis industry preferred but not required
Knowledge of and Ability to use a CRM, ability to use APEX Trading Preferred
Ability to do and perform high proficiency in basic math
Reliable transportation
A valid OLCC workers permit
