Position Overview

Salary Range - $18-$24 hourly (DOE)

Objective - Trimmers main priorities are to assist in Harvest Operations and preparing dried material for sale while maintaining Quality Control standards.

Essential Functions -

• Bucking dried buds off of stems
• Sorting flower into “A” & “B” quality according to company standards
• Hand finishing cured flower
• Maintaining Quality Control standards as prescribed by Management
• General Facility Housekeeping - Sweeping Post-Harvest areas & Equipment.
• Personal accountability for maintaining Post-Harvest quality standards

• Ability to process 1-2lbs of material each work day
• Reliable, Self-starter, Hard worker
• Amenable to flexible scheduling
• Cooperative mindset & Positive attitude
• Proactively communicates needs with Management
• Perform duties in accordance with OLCC compliance as prescribed by Management

Supervisory Responsibilities - None

Physical Demands - Ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time.

Position Type & Expected Work Hours - Part-Time Position: Hours based on project timeframes. Approximately 40-120hrs/mo (1-3 harvests/mo).

Required Education or Experience - None: Training will be provided by Post-Harvest Manager or Director of Cultivation.

Additional Eligibility Requirements - OLCC Marijuana Handlers card (obtained by employee)
