Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and service-oriented Canteen Coordinators to oversee daily canteen operations, ensure food safety compliance, maintain high hygiene standards, and provide excellent service to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily canteen operations and ensure smooth food service delivery.
• Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, and HACCP compliance within food service areas.
• Monitor food quality, food temperatures, and safe handling practices.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to maintain operational standards.
• Ensure adequate stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Address customer inquiries and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain operational records, inventory reports, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.

Requirements

• High School Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food Service, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in canteen, catering, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Fluent in English.
