Customer Service

• Serve customers at the counter with professionalism.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely.
• Ensure a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and service areas.
• Clean floors, utensils, and equipment as needed.
• Ensure hygiene standards are met.

Inventory Support

• Help manage stock and supplies to avoid shortages.
• Record food and supply usage accurately.

Basic Admin Duties

• Assist with cash handling and sales records.
• Support monthly reports and basic accounting tasks.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate
