Job Title: Canva Designer & Content Creator
Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Working Hours: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Canva Designer & Content Creator to drive growth across our Facebook pages. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, creating, and curating viral content that maximizes reach, and engagement. You should have a sharp eye for trends, a strong sense of virality, and hands-on skills in producing visually compelling content catering to western audiences.Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify viral trends, memes, formats, and hot topics to create highly engaging Facebook content for western audiences.
• Create, edit, and design content using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and similar platforms.
• Analyze content performance to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities to replicate successful viral strategies.
• Stay up to date with social media platform algorithm changes, emerging content styles, and platform updates.
• Ensure all published content complies with Facebook Community Standards and platform guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media growth, content creation, or trend-based content management.
• Proven experience in creating, managing, and scaling viral Facebook pages or content.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and Photoshop is a must.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Strong creative judgement and a clear understanding of what makes content shareable and engaging.
• Strong English language and research skills with the ability to dig deep into trends, competitors, and audience behavior to find high-performing content ideas.
• Broad-minded, and open to experimenting with diverse content styles, formats, and ideas for international audiences.
• Ability to quickly spot trends and adapt content to capitalize on them.

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
