Canvass Operation Manager - Field Canvassing/Outside Marketing

Overview

We are a fast-growing home improvement and construction company, and our canvassing operation is a core growth engine.

We’re looking for an experienced Canvass Operation Manager to lead, build, and scale our outside canvassing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has lived canvassing, knows how to run teams, and wants to take it to the next level.

Primary Goal: Find one strong leader who is a great fit and can scale the team to 2 vans in the near term.

Compensation

$80,000 base + Uncapped Performance Bonuses

Bonuses tied to team output, lead quality, and growth

Daily appointment setting bonuses up to $500+

Our top performing canvas leaders are making north of $100K+ Yearly

Role Summary

As Canvass Manager, you will own day-to-day performance of the canvassing team and lead from the front. You will:

• Recruit, train, and manage canvassers
• Lead teams in the field
• Set daily and weekly goals and track performance
• Coach scripts, objection handling, and door approach
• Build a positive, accountable team culture
• Plan territories and routes
• Lead field execution and ride-alongs
• Drive consistent appointment and lead volume

This role can grow into Senior Canvass Manager / Regional Field Manager as we expand.

What We’re Looking For

Required

· Minimum 3+ years canvassing experience

· Minimum 2+ years managing or leading canvassing teams

· Proven ability to hire, coach, and retain canvassers

· Strong communication and leadership skills

· Comfortable working outdoors and in the field daily

· Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

Preferred

· Experience running multiple vans

· Home Improvement / Roofing / Construction / Solar or similar background
