Canvasser/Appointment Setter - Water Filtration (Outdoor Marketing Team)

We are hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers / Appointment Setters in the Sarasota/Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch Area.

In this entry-level, customer-facing role, you will speak with homeowners in local neighborhoods to introduce our water filtration solutions and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team. This position focuses on lead generation only - no direct sales or closing required.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods in Sarasota/Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch
• Speak with homeowners about common local water quality concerns (hard water, chlorine, taste, odor, etc.)
• Provide a simple, clear introduction to our water filtration systems
• Schedule qualified in-home water test and consultation appointments
• Track daily activity and appointment results
• Represent the company professionally in the community

Work Environment

• Outdoor, door-to-door canvassing in residential neighborhoods
• Walking and standing for extended periods
• Working in typical Florida weather (heat, humidity, etc)

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and people skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Must be at least 18 years old

Training and Support

• Training on water quality basics and canvassing approach
• Scripts, materials, and field support provided
• Ongoing coaching and team development

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Flexible scheduling (afternoons, evenings, and weekends available)

Compensation

• Earn $15-$25/hr + bonuses setting appointments - no sales required
• Performance bonuses based on qualified appointments set and completed
• Additional incentives and contests may be offered
• Actual earnings depend on hours worked and individual performance.
