Big Earnings, Early
The base pay is $600 per week, however our canvassers earn up to $100,000+ per year in addition to the base via weekly and monthly commissions. Your effort directly impacts your paycheck.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Knock on doors and introduce homeowners to energy-efficient home upgrades
• Start conversations (no hard selling)
• Set appointments for our sales team
• Learn how to communicate confidently and professionally
• Build skills, earn money, and level up fast

Who We’re Looking For

• Recent grads or early-career professionals
• Motivated, outgoing, and coachable
• Comfortable talking to new people
• Competitive mindset with a team-first attitude
• Ready to work outdoors and learn by doing

Previous canvassing experience (solar, alarms, internet, insurance, etc.) is a plus—but not required.
