Canvassing / Field Marketing Manager

Lead the field team that drives our growth, and earn on everything they produce.

Ally Renewal is a home services company in Washington specializing in cleaning, treating, and replacing roofs and exteriors. We are hiring a Canvassing Manager to recruit, train, and lead the door-to-door team that books appointments for our in-home closers. This is a leadership role with override income and a clear path to branch ownership.

What makes this role different

As a manager, your income is tied to your team's production, not just your own effort. You earn an override on every appointment your team sets and a share of the revenue those appointments generate. As your team grows, your income grows with it, including on the days you are not in the field yourself. That leverage is what allows a strong field leader to out-earn any individual rep.

Compensation

This role is 100 percent performance-based, with no cap on what your team can produce. Field managers who build and run a producing team typically earn $80,000 to $175,000 per year. Earnings reflect team production.

  • Uncapped override on every appointment your team sets
  • A percentage of the revenue your team's appointments generate
  • Recruiting and ramp bonuses as you build your roster
  • Overrides and commissions paid within 48 to 72 hours of the sale
  • Signing bonus based on experience

What you will do

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard door-to-door canvassers
  • Train new reps and develop them into consistent producers
  • Run daily field operations and hold the team to clear standards
  • Own and grow a defined territory
  • Work alongside our closing team to keep the appointment pipeline full

What we are looking for

  • Prior door-to-door, field sales, or canvassing experience
  • A record of personal production and a genuine desire to lead others
  • Strong recruiting and coaching instincts
  • Someone who leads from the field, not from behind a desk
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

The path to ownership

This role is an on-ramp, not a ceiling. Our structure moves proven leaders from team lead to regional manager to branch owner, with real equity in a branch of their own. Every level above this one is held by someone who built a team first.
