Canvassing & Field Marketing Manager – Home Remodeling

Exterior Point is one of New Jersey’s fastest-growing exterior remodeling companies, specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and doors.

We are building a high-performance field marketing operation and are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to help lead, recruit, and scale our canvassing team.

This is not an entry-level door knocking role.
This is a leadership position for someone who wants to build a team, drive performance, build a career, and earn strong performance-based income doing it.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and managing a team of field marketers / canvassers
• Driving qualified appointments for our in-home sales team
• Training, motivating, and holding your team accountable
• Setting daily and weekly performance goals
• Recruiting and developing new canvassers
• Monitoring territory performance and optimizing results
• Being in the field

You will be the engine behind our lead generation growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong canvassing or door-to-door leadership experience
• Proven ability to motivate and manage a team
• High energy, confident communicator
• Comfortable working outdoors and in neighborhoods
• Self-disciplined and results-driven
• No fear of rejection
• Willing to work at least one weekend day

Bilingual is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,404.00 - $100,300.00 per year
