Position: Canvassing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated leader to manage our team of door to door canvassers.

Experience Needed:

• Proven experience in door to door canvassing either as a Team Leader, Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Director or Canvassing Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers
• Do daily mapping and plan neighborhood routes and schedules.
• Conduct daily meetings
• Canvass neighborhoods to find old windows, doors and roofing
• Speak to homeowners and schedule appointments for free inspection and estimates

Compensation

• Salary, Commission, Bonus & Overrides (Earn $100K-$150K per year)
