Canvassing Sales Representative

Job Description:
As a Canvassing Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Midwest Roofing in the field. You’ll work door-to-door in local neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers to identify roofing needs and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that offers the chance to earn a competitive hourly wage plus uncapped commission potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods Tuesday through Saturday, 12 PM - 8 PM (times may vary)
• Engage with homeowners and business owners to promote Midwest Roofing’s services
• Identify potential leads and set appointments for our sales team
• Build rapport with community members and represent our brand professionally
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, meeting new people every day

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, friendly, and self-motivated individuals with a knack for connecting with people
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and stay driven to hit goals
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
• No roofing experience required—training provided!
• Reliable transportation to get to assigned canvassing areas

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $20/hour base + generous commissions
• Earning potential up to $80,000 gross annually
• Full-time schedule: 5 days/week (Tuesday through Saturday, 12 PM - 8 PM times may vary)
