We already have a strong original IP and a flagship product currently in active development. The Role

We are seeking a highly connected freelance Capital Fundraising / Investor Relations expert to help secure the next stage of growth capital for the company.

Our experienced team is already fully managing studio operations and game development. Your primary focus will be acting as the bridge between WarForge Studio and the investment community.

You will leverage your existing network to connect WarForge Studio with angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic partners who recognize the long-term potential of the global gaming industry.


Key Responsibilities

• Capital Raising:

Identify investors, present investment opportunities, and secure funding from venture capital firms, angel investors, and gaming publishers.

• Strategic Partnerships:

Connect WarForge with partners capable of providing the capital required to accelerate game development, marketing, and global distribution readiness.

• Investor Presentations:

Utilize our existing pitch materials, production roadmap, and financial models to clearly communicate the project’s value proposition to institutional and private investors.

• Deal Facilitation:

Assist in managing and reviewing term sheets and support the closing of funding rounds.

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven experience raising capital for startups in technology, entertainment, or gaming industries is a major advantage.

• A strong and active network of venture capital firms, family offices, and angel investors interested in the MENA region or the global gaming ecosystem.

• Deep understanding of gaming business models, scalable IPs, and digital entertainment markets.

• A highly driven and ambitious professional capable of working independently and focusing on delivering results.


Compensation

This is a commission-based freelance contract role.

Compensation will be structured entirely as a competitive success fee based on the amount of capital successfully raised and closed, with the understanding that the required funding size is substantial.
