Overview
We are partnering with a high-growth, investor-backed platform in the data center / infrastructure space to appoint a
VP of Capital Markets
.
This is a senior, front-office role focused on
leading capital strategy and execution
across debt and equity, supporting the business through its next phase of growth and capital deployment.
You will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, playing a key role in shaping the company’s
financing strategy, lender relationships, and long-term capital structure
.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:

Leading the structuring and execution of
debt and equity financings
-
Managing relationships with
banks, lenders, investors, and advisors
-
Supporting the development of the company’s
capital strategy and funding roadmap
-
Executing
project finance, structured finance, and credit facilities
-
Driving
refinancing, recapitalisation, and capital optimisation initiatives
-
Supporting potential
future liquidity events
(IPO, sponsor exit, or large-scale capital raise)
-
Partnering with internal teams across finance, development, and operations
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a high-calibre capital markets professional with:

10–15+ years’ experience
in capital markets, structured finance, or investment banking
-
Strong experience across
debt financing, project finance, or securitisation
-
Track record of executing
complex, large-scale transactions
-
Experience working with
infrastructure, real assets, or capital-intensive platforms
-
Strong lender / investor network and relationship management capability
-
Highly commercial mindset with the ability to operate both
strategically and hands-on
Backgrounds of interest include:

Investment banks (structured finance, leveraged finance, real estate / infra)
-
Infrastructure / real assets platforms
-
Data centre, energy, or digital infrastructure businesses
