Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Capital Raising Manager to manage and grow relationships with accredited investors and strategic partners for our real estate development projects. This role will focus on building trust, communicating our investment strategy, managing investor communications, and coordinating the fundraising process in compliance with applicable securities laws.

The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a proven track record in capital development or investor relations, and the ability to present complex real estate investment opportunities clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an Investor Relations strategy to engage accredited investors, family offices, and institutional partners.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with current and prospective investors through meetings, calls, events, and timely communications.
  • Prepare and deliver investor presentations, project updates, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes, ensuring all investor documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Work closely with executive leadership and legal counsel to ensure all communications and activities align with Regulation D and other applicable securities regulations.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM database of investors, prospects, and investment history.
  • Organize and participate in investor events, property tours, and networking functions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to inform strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, or business development (real estate experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of SEC regulations for private placements and accredited investor standards.
  • Strong public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships and trust with high-net-worth investors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
