Capital Sales - Medical Aesthetics - NE/IA

District Sales Manager/Senior Area Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager

  • Achieve individual and team territory sales objectives across all product lines. Owns the sales cycle A-Z.
  • Generate new revenue by identifying, engaging, and winning over prospective customers through strategic outbound sales efforts.
  • Take on a leadership role within the defined territory - lead and assist with the closing of business opportunities.
  • Being a leader for your team – set the tone, fostering a unified supportive culture where everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute.
  • Lead team members to drive territory performance and deliver on collective revenue goals.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching/mentoring to the team.
  • Continuously build product mastery through internal and external training initiatives, coupled with in-depth competitive analysis to effectively position solutions in the market
  • 5+ years relevant experience: Selling capital equipment in the aesthetic laser industry.
  • Travel required 50% to 70%
