Captain for 12 Meter Yacht, and 24 Meter Yacht

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Captain to join our team and lead operations on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely navigate and operate the vessel (Yacht/Dhow Cruise)
• Supervise crew members and ensure smooth onboard operations
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with maritime rules and regulations

Requirements:

• One Captain for 12 Meter Yacht, Second Captain for 24 Meter Yacht
• Valid UAE Boat Driving License (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Captain (Yachts / Dhows)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused and professional attitude
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
