About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Capture Executives to join our team for virtual tour and site data capture. This role is ideal for freshers or recent graduates (Diploma / BCom / BSc) who are eager to learn, explore new technologies, and grow their career in the construction tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

Media Capture

• Capture high-quality images and videos of construction sites and interiors.
• Ensure proper framing, lighting, and angles to meet documentation standards.

Virtual Tour Capture

• Capture 360° interior virtual tours at construction and real estate sites.
• Operate 360° cameras and related equipment to create high-quality virtual walkthroughs.
• Ensure smooth data transfer and coordination with the editing and processing teams.

Site Coordination

• Visit and coordinate with site teams for scheduling and capture activities.
• Maintain logs of all captured data and ensure timely submission.
• Follow safety and operational guidelines during on-site visits.

Requirements

Mandatory (for Experienced Candidates):

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in photography, videography, or media capture.

Preferred (for Freshers & Interns):

• Basic understanding of cameras or willingness to learn.
• Interest in photography, videography, or construction site operations.
• Diploma / BCom / BSc graduates who are ready to work on-site and travel as needed.
• Basic troubleshooting and equipment-handling skills are a plus.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹15,000 per month (for full-time role)
• Internship Stipend: As per company policy
• Immediate joiners preferred
