Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential vehicle sources through market research, dealer networks, and industry contacts to find the best options aligned with company specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and dealerships to secure favorable deals while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage procurement processes using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS to track vehicle orders, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to schedule vehicle deliveries, oversee transportation arrangements, and resolve any shipping issues promptly.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships by assessing vendor performance, managing contracts, and implementing vendor management strategies.
• Conduct market analysis on pricing trends, vehicle availability, and industry developments to inform sourcing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures while optimizing inventory control and supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement management or sourcing within the automotive or supply chain industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS for procurement activities.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles including inventory management, logistics, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze market data related to pricing, manufacturing schedules, and inventory levels to make informed purchasing decisions.
