Car Care center Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the car care center (washing, polishing, ceramic coating, PPF, detailing).

Manage and supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure service quality.

Handle customer relations, resolve complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Monitor inventory, equipment, and consumables.

Develop strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and local regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of proven experience in managing or operating car care/detailing centers.

Strong knowledge of modern car care services (Nano, Ceramic, PPF, Polishing).

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Computer literacy for handling reports, billing, and sales tracking.

Previous experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
