The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth in D Luxe Car Care’s Car Care Division, focusing on premium car care solutions, retail product sales, and strategic partnerships. This role involves leading the sales team, developing business strategies, and building strong relationships with high-value clients, dealerships, and corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Implement the annual sales plan to achieve divisional revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new market opportunities to expand client base in the luxury car segments.
- Implement a robust system to improve the upsell strategy
- Set and monitor KPIs for the sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
Business Development
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with car dealerships, luxury car clubs and corporate clients.
- Expand distribution channels for premium car care products and services.
- Develop proposals and pricing strategies to secure large-volume or corporate contracts.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the escalation point for key client concerns, ensuring premium customer experience.
- Oversee loyalty and aftersales initiatives tailored to the luxury segment.
Lead Management
· Oversee the full lead management cycle, ensuring all inquiries are captured, qualified, and effectively followed up.
· Implement systems and processes for lead tracking, timely response, and conversion into sales
· Monitor lead sources to identify high-performing channels and optimize marketing collaboration.
· Ensure the sales team maintains accurate CRM records and adheres to follow-up SLAs for maximum conversion and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure sales team members uphold D Luxe’s standards of professionalism, luxury service, and brand representation.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular (i.e. daily, weekly and monthly) reports to senior management.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to refine sales approaches.
- Recommend process improvements and product/service enhancements based on client feedback.
Additional responsibilities:
· Provide recommendations to the marketing department to support the sales strategies
· Liaise closely with the procurement department to improve the service offerings
