Car Care Team Leader

Job Description:
The Car Care Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the car care team while also managing sales activities to achieve monthly targets. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, promoting car care services to customers, and coordinating with management to enhance overall business performance. The Team Leader ensures smooth workflow, strong customer satisfaction, and consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:Operations & Team Management

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the car care team.
• Assign tasks such as washing, detailing, polishing, and interior cleaning.
• Monitor workflow to ensure efficient vehicle processing and timely delivery.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain service standards.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve skills and productivity.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Track team attendance, punctuality, and performance; report to management.

Sales & Customer Service

• Promote car care services and packages to walk-in and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by upselling and recommending additional services.
• Prepare estimates, explain services clearly, and finalize customer approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups professionally.
• Coordinate with service advisors and front desk to streamline customer flow.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily sales and operations reports for management.
• Update management on team performance, challenges, and resource needs.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to boost car care sales.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in car care, detailing, or automotive services (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Sales-oriented, confident in upselling and achieving targets.
• Knowledge of car detailing processes, products, and equipment.
• Professional, organized, and customer-focused.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
