Car Care Team Leader

The Car Care Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily car care operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, team productivity, and customer satisfaction. The role involves leading technicians and car care staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth workflow on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily car care operations (washing, detailing, polishing, PPF, etc.).
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure work is completed within scheduled timelines.
• Ensure quality control standards are consistently met.
• Train, guide, and support team members to improve performance and skills.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and overall team behavior.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and management for smooth workflow.
• Handle minor customer concerns professionally and escalate when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the work area.
• Prepare daily reports on productivity, completed jobs, and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in car care, detailing, or automotive service.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of car detailing processes and products.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Basic reporting and documentation skills.
