Car Detailer

Duties

• Perform comprehensive car washes, including exterior cleaning, wet sanding, waxing, and buffing to achieve a pristine finish
• Detail vehicles inside and out, including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, window washing, and dashboard polishing
• Apply protective treatments such as waxing or window tinting to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity
• Conduct routine janitorial tasks like sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to maintain a clean workspace
• Assist with vehicle inspections and identify areas needing special attention or repairs
• Operate various cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively to ensure quality results
• Provide friendly customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions or concerns

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Experience in car washing, detailing, buffing, or custodial work is highly desirable
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, and steam cleaners
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices including window tinting and basic interior cleaning techniques
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred for moving vehicles as needed
