Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Car Driver can also work as carwasher to join our professional car care team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving a company vehicle to various customer locations and performing high-quality car wash services on-site. You will act as the direct point of contact for our clients, ensuring every vehicle is cleaned to our high standards while maintaining a strict schedule.

NOTE: Salary: 1,800 QR (Full Package).

Key Responsibilities

1. Mobile Car Wash Operations:

• Perform full car wash services at the customer’s residence, including exterior cleaning, rim detailing, and tire polishing.
• Execute interior cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dashboard wiping, and window cleaning.
• Ensure all cleaning materials and mobile car wash equipment in the vehicle are organized, clean, and ready for use.

2. Driving & Navigation:

• Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to reach customer houses as per the daily orders.
• Use GPS and navigation apps to ensure on-time arrival for every appointment.
• Follow all traffic safety rules and maintain the vehicle in good, clean working condition.

3. Customer Service:

• Communicate politely and professionally with customers upon arrival and completion of the job.
• Verify service requirements with the customer before starting and ensure their satisfaction before leaving.
• Process orders and update job status through the company’s mobile application.

4. Reporting:

• Complete pre-wash and post-wash inspections and document them via the mobile app.
• Report any issues with cleaning equipment or the vehicle to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• License: Valid Qatar Driver’s License is mandatory.
• Experience: Previous experience in car driving.
• Communication: Good communication skills in English; ability to speak with customers clearly.
• Efficiency: Ability to manage time effectively to complete washes within allocated time slots.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of working outdoors and performing the physical labor required for multiple car washes daily.
• Professionalism: Punctual, honest, and committed to maintaining a clean appearance.
