Car Estimator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Car Estimator to assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and facilitate the repair process. The Estimator will interact with customers, technicians, insurance adjusters, and vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient repair experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the scope and cost of repairs.
• Prepare accurate, itemized repair estimates using estimating software (e.g., CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain estimates and repair timelines.
• Collaborate with technicians and parts department to ensure correct parts are ordered and repairs are completed per the estimate.
• Work with insurance adjusters to obtain approvals and process claims.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding repair status and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed documentation of estimates, approvals, and customer communications.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Assist with scheduling repair appointments and coordinating with the production team.
• Stay updated on automotive repair techniques, industry standards, and insurance guidelines.
