Car Import & Auction Specialist

We are a fast-growing vehicle sourcing and logistics company based in Dubai, importing cars from markets including Japan, USA, UK, and Europe. We're looking for someone who has been inside the auction world — not just heard about it — and can own the end-to-end sourcing process from bid to border.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• →Source vehicles from international auctions (USS, JU, Copart, IAAI, Manheim, BCA and similar)
• →Evaluate auction sheets, vehicle grades, and condition reports with accuracy
• →Manage import documentation: customs clearance, RTA compliance, shipping coordination
• →Build and maintain relationships with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and auction houses
• →Track landed costs, duties, and margins to support pricing decisions
• →Monitor UAE market demand to guide which vehicles to target at auction
• →Report on pipeline: bids placed, vehicles in transit, estimated arrival timelines

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

✓Hands-on auction experience (Japan, USA, or UK markets)✓Ability to read auction sheets in Japanese or English✓Knowledge of UAE import regulations & RTA compliance✓Strong commercial judgment — knows when to bid and when to walk✓Experience with shipping, freight forwarding, and ports✓Minimum 3–5 years in vehicle import or auction management
