We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as **Car Inspection Associates**. This is an **on-site role** where you will inspect vehicles and report their condition according to our inspection standards.

Both **experienced professionals** and **fresh candidates** are welcome to apply.

**Compensation Structure:**

* This is a **commission-based position**.

* **Experienced inspectors** will receive **higher commission rates** based on their expertise and performance.

* **Fresh candidates** will go through a **1-month trial/training period (unpaid)** where they will learn the complete inspection process, reporting methods, and quality standards.

**Shift Availability:**

* **Morning Shift**

* **Night Shift**

**Responsibilities:**

* Follow company inspection checklist and reporting standards

* Submit accurate inspection reports

**Requirements:**

* Attention to detail

* Responsible and punctual
