Car Mechanic (Zagre, Croatia)

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosis: Identify faults using diagnostic tools and hands-on inspection for engine, transmission, electrical, and other systems.
• Maintenance: Perform routine service like oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
• Repair & Replacement: Fix or replace worn/broken parts (brakes, sensors, engines) and components, following safety procedures.
• Customer Communication: Explain problems, repairs, costs, and recommendations clearly to customers and service advisors.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service histories and parts used.
• Testing: Conduct road tests to verify repairs.
• Workshop Management: Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean and safe.

Essential Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic software.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Commitment to continuous learning for new vehicle technologies (EVs, hybrids).
