Car Park Operator- Valet Parking

Job Summary:

The Car Park Operator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the parking facility, ensuring smooth traffic flow, assisting customers, and maintaining safety, cleanliness, and security within the car park. The role includes monitoring parking systems, collecting fees (if applicable), and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor entry and exit of vehicles in the car park.
• Guide drivers to available parking spaces when required.
• Operate and monitor parking systems, barriers, and ticketing machines.
• Assist customers with parking inquiries, payment issues, and general assistance.
• Ensure parking rules and safety regulations are followed.
• Report any suspicious activities, accidents, or damages to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking area.
• Perform routine inspection of equipment and report faults or malfunctions.
• Support traffic management during peak hours.
• Issue parking tickets or receipts when applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
