Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Car Park Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our parking facility. The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and operational management skills to ensure smooth functioning of the car park, effective team supervision, and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage car park staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Monitor car park activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes professionally and promptly.
- Oversee cash handling, payment systems, and ensure accuracy and accountability in all transactions.
- Prepare shift schedules and allocate tasks effectively to team members.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Generate and review operational reports, including occupancy and revenue data.
- Train, motivate, and guide staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in car park operations is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience in supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong ethical standards and reliability, especially in handling cash or payment systems.
