Car Parts Cashier - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Retail Store Cashier. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and automotive parts, coupled with strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions promptly and accurately using our POS system.

• Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer assistance regarding automotive parts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the checkout area, including restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service throughout the store.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and cash handling guidelines.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in an automotive or parts environment.
• Strong knowledge of car parts and components, including makes, models, and compatibility.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English), with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
