Car polisher

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Car Polisher to join our automotive detailing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in polishing and buffing vehicles to restore or enhance their appearance. Your responsibilities will include paint correction, swirl mark removal, and delivering a flawless finish that meets high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform machine and hand polishing on vehicle exteriors to remove scratches, oxidation, and swirl marks.
• Use buffing tools, compounds, and waxes to achieve a high-gloss finish.
• Prepare surfaces before polishing, including cleaning, claying, and masking sensitive areas.
• Conduct paint correction and restoration on all types of vehicle finishes.
• Inspect work to ensure a professional and consistent finish.
• Collaborate with detailers and technicians to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Maintain polishing equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and use protective gear when handling chemicals or operating machinery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a car polisher, automotive detailer, or similar role.
• Skilled in the use of rotary and dual-action polishers.
• Good understanding of paint types, surface materials, and detailing products.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of automotive paint correction techniques.
• Must have an attested certification from any vocational training institute approved and authorized by the local government
• Valid Driving License required
